How long will it take to get my order?
We strive to send your order within two business days. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed immediately. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know directly.

I lost my password, what should I do?
You can choose "Forgot password" under "My Account."  'If you enter your e-mail address there, instructions will be sent directly to your e-mail address. The password is digitally encoded i.v.m. Privacy and security.

Is it possible to pick up my order yourself?
No, we currently do not offer this option.
